Submit Paypal payment to Help@pbewater.com and include your account number. Please send an email to Help@pbewater.com whenever PayPal is used, as PayPal requires manual posting and additional handling time. Please allow a minimum of 3 BUSINESS days for posting of PayPal payments.

PBE Water Supply offers NO temporary seasonal, vacation or tenant change suspensions of service. The homeowner is responsible for all cutons and cutoffs, using their own valve for that purpose. There is no credit, or reduction in monthly service fee, offered for any temporary cutoff, regardless of the length of time involved. Minimum monthly billing will be continuous regardless of usage or account status. Restriction of water service for non-payment will not result in suspension of minimum monthly account fees.

IF YOUR HOME HAS, OR YOU CONTEMPLATE GETTING, A WATER HEATER EXPANSION TANK, BE SURE TO READ THE INFORMATION UNDER Suspect a Water Leak?

AN EXPANSION TANK INSTALLED WITHOUT A CHECK VALVE COULD BE ADDING AS MUCH AS 25% TO YOUR WATER BILL EACH MONTH.

About Us

PBE Water Supply furnishes water to the community of Placid Bay Estates in Westmoreland County, Virginia. Placid Bay Estates was developed in the 1950's and the water system was incorporated in 1964. The corporation has been under present management since 1979 and has been expanded to meet the needs of the community. The system is presently composed of 3 deep wells, approximately 70,000 gallons of storage, numerous pumps, and many miles of main service lines.

EXCAVATION PROJECTS

PBE Water Supply is available for sewer connections as well as many excavation, grading, and drainage projects. We have over 40 years experience and are Virginia Class A licensed Plumbing, General, and Road Contractors, however we are unable to schedule routine residential plumbing projects. Our Mission

Our Mission is to supply a Safe and Continuous supply of water to the residents of Placid Bay Estates in a cost effective manner.

Goals

Our future projects include the installation of security fencing at all pumping facilities, the installation of chlorination equipment at each pump house, and the installation of radio read meters at each residence served by the water company.
